Our Approach
A Three-Step Process
From estimates and contracts to schedules and procurement, bringing a new home vision to life has many moving parts and pieces. When you begin the journey of home construction, you become part of a process that requires time, energy, cost, and coordination (amongst many other things). This is why we approach each project with an intentional 3-step process to ensure all details (from client-contractor relationship, scope of work, finances and timeline) are in the best alignment for all parties involved — before a full commitment is made.

Initial Site Visit & Preliminary Estimate
Step 01
We begin with the initial site visit where we walk through and assess your space with consideration for your unique home vision. After the initial meeting, we will submit a ballpark estimate with a design contract.

Design Contract
Step 02
If the preliminary estimate is aligned with your budget, you will enter into a design contract with us. This is a fee-based contract that allows us to create your new design and spend time making all of the selections with you. We can also work with your design team to make selections.

Construction Contract & Building
Step 03
We use those selections and drawings to create a construction contract that has a more narrowed-down price and scope of work. Once the contract is executed, we begin ordering, setting up the schedule and preparing for your home build!
